Administrative Assistant
I am here to assist the Director, Mr. Tim Fanguy. I am responsible for purchasing orders, requisitions, and budget needs. I also make change for students at each scheduled break. I perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing. I coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards, and office keys. Have a Blessed and Wonderful Day!
